Busy Making Flowers!

I took advantage of the snow drift on my front deck to get some natural lighting pics of what I have been up to this past few days.  I have made two dozen felted wool flowers.
I used all sorts of patterns, some I made up, some I found online.
In the center of each flower I put a vintage earring which had been removed from the clip part!
That earring thing was my own idea...I was at an auction and saw a large lot of vintage beaded cluster earrings.
They were beautiful and in excellent shape, I left a bid, but didn't get them.
So I started looking around on eBay and found some that were affordable!
I love the pink earring above...and I love the charcoal flower below!
I have been trying to spice up my photos, so I used an old book of quotes I found at GoodWill as the background.
The flower pin below is a dark purple...I don't know if it is my computer or my camera, but I have trouble getting the true colors in my pictures.
This one looks like a poinsettia...
And this one is a strange combo of pink and red....
It has been fun having something this fun and easy to do while snowed in!  Now on to the cleaning I need to do!

Gorgeous! I especially love the first large pic, the pink one. What a great idea with the earrings- I use buttons when I make my fabric pins (not nearly as fancy as yours, btw).
Well done!

Beautiful!! I think the charcoal are my favorite. I can think of a bunch of things to put them on - like how pretty would they be as toppers on a wrapped gift? How fun!
