Winter Rosy Wool Wreath

I know this probably isn't right, because it is still 10 days until Halloween still, but I have been thinking about making a winter wreath...one that will take me all the way through the winter.  I made the wool roses in colors of winter--white for snow, grey for grey skies, blues for sky.   The wool came from reclaimed discarded wool sweaters.
And then for good measure I threw in a few snowflakes from the Dollar Tree store.  They are plastic but have some glittery and furry component to them, I thought they were perfect!
I know it just doesn't seem right to photograph the wreath with the greenery behind it, but here it is anyway!
Some of the white roses are partly angora, so they are fluffy and fuzzy, like big snowflakes!
I really like the soft angora grey rose...

Overall I think the project turned out just as I envisioned...
I just can't wait until I can safely hang it up without everyone thinking I am crazy!
I have a tutorial for this project here.

Hi there! Following over from Under The Table And Dreaming! What a great idea for making this a winter wreath, I've seen it mostly as a fall and spring one. I've made a few of the flowers and attached them to hair clips but haven't been brave enough to make a full wreath!
