I love this door decoration. It is made from half of a foam decorator pumpkin.
I used the same vintage pumpkin face that I used on my gourd jack-o-lanterns.
There are sprigs of bittersweet and some other fall foliage attached to the stem of the pumpkin and the crow's feet are stuck into the pumpkin as well.
I added a few fall leaves to the back of the foliage sprays.
The picture quality is not great, but you get the idea.
It looks great on my red door!
